Donor Relations Coordinator

The Donor Relations Coordinator creates and implements integral aspects of donor experience including gift recognition societies, print and digital donor recognition and invitations, and stewardship events and activities for donors. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, this position will manage an assigned portfolio of approximately 100-120 individuals who have documented planned gifts, are scholarship contacts, as well as other notable donors to ensure continued engagement and stewardship. The Donor Relations Coordinator will assist in all aspects of planning and executing donor-centered University events including Breakfast Club, An Evening of Appreciation, and Giving Impact Week.

Annual Giving Coordinator

The Annual Giving Coordinator drives philanthropic support through creative and strategic donor engagement as part of the UCM Alumni Foundation team. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, this position leads efforts to increase annual contributions through multichannel outreach—including mail, email, and digital campaigns—with an emphasis on securing gifts to the unrestricted Central Annual Fund. The coordinator manages UCM’s online and crowdfunding platforms, promotes donor societies and matching gift opportunities, and develops compelling content that inspires giving.
