Are you hosting a guest alum on campus or in your virtual learning environment? The UCM Alumni Foundation can assist in making the visit extra special! Let us know about alumni visiting campus beforehand so we can help welcome your guest with a gift and possibly stop by to take pictures.
University Advancement and the UCM Alumni Foundation gathers, organizes, manages, and disseminates information to campus partners relating to individuals and entities who are engaged with and support UCM in a variety of ways. We aim to ensure data integrity and provide quality service through database management processes, all with a focus on the primary purpose of supporting the fundraising and alumni engagement goals of the University of Central Missouri. Complete the Data Request Form to get started and a staff member will follow up with you regarding your request, if needed.
As contact information and communcation preferences are constantly being updated,
any provided list may only be used once for the intended purposes outlined in the
request and should not be retained for future use. All updates you receive from your
communication effort (i.e. bounced emails, opt out requests) should be forwarded to
the the UCM Alumni Foundation in a timely manner. Please allow up to three weeks for
your request to be processed.
A fantastic event can create excellent engagement opportunities, corral a willing audience to hear your pitch, and energize your cause. When you are ready to plan your event, please complete the Event Planning Form. The form will serve as a guide and allow preplanning before the first committee meeting. The Alumni and Events team looks forward to assisting you in planning your event!
The Opportunity Grant program was designed to support innovative, student-centered initiatives brought forward by UCM faculty and staff to benefit the university’s learning environment and students’ academic experience. Through a competitive process, the UCM Alumni Foundation provides one-time seed money for projects that advance the university’s strategic plan and result in significant outcomes.
